How much cardio when you're on gear?

I am in my second week of my first injectable cycle, and already gained 8 lbs. I got an additional 1/2 inch on my arms, but unfortunately also a full 1 inch extra on my waist.

My cycle is as follows:
week 1-2 200 MG deca + 250 MG sust
week 3-4 400 MG deca + 250 MG sust
week 5 400 MG deca + 500 MG sust
week 6 600 MG deca + 500 MG sust
week 7 400 MG deca + 500 MG sust
week 8 400 MG deca + 250 MG sust
week 9 200 MG deca + 250 MG sust
week 12-13 5000 IU HCG
week 14-16 Clomid

D'bol
Week 1 15MG ED
Week 2 25MG ED
Week 3 35MG ED
Week 4 40MG ED
Week 5 45MG ED
Week 6 50MG ED

Nolvadex
Week 2-4 10MG ED
Week 5-6 20MG ED
week 7-13 10MG ED

I did 2 oral only cycles in the past. My first (the mistake many of us made) a d'bol only cycle. It gave my only some gains, post cycle I used a too low dosage of clomid, so lost it all. What a waste of money.

My second cycle was 6 weeks anadrol, followed by 4 weeks d'bol. With post cycle Clomid. This time Clomid dosage was much higher. First day 300MG Clomid, followed by 10 days 100Mg and 10days 50MG. Man I could feel my balls growing. For 2 days it felt like somebody gave me a kick in the crotch. I kept about 70% of my gains.


My stats:
6'3"

18 Months ago I was 255lbs with a body fat % I do not dare to mention. 5 months later I was 177 lbs. Currently I am 210lbs, but body fat % is increasing, shit I hate this.

So coming back to my question, how much cardio should I do. I workout 5 times a week approx. 2-2.5 hours ED. I want to lose fat, but not the hard gained muscles.

Another question, can the increased blood pressure from gear be dangerous if you do too much cardio?

I hope somebody can give me some good advise, also any remarks on my cycle are welcome.

You failed to post the most important thing bro...What does you diet consist of?? Cardio can be rather insignifigant if your diet is a mess. Small, high-protein, low fat/carbohydrate meals, consisting of 4-500 calories, eaten every 3 hours is ideal for increasing the bodies metabolism, and promoting fat loss. Cardio is secondary to dieting brother. Some might even say(myself included), that Cardio is bullshit.
 
My diet.

7 AM, I take a 30 gram protein shake with 300ML no fat milk
10 AM, I take some fruit, 100gram tuna-fish, 2 slices brown bread.
1 PM, 100gram chicken, 4 slices brown bread, 30 gram protein shake with water.
3 PM, a protein/carbs shake with water, some fruit.
4.30 PM, I start my workout
8 PM, 150 grams rise or pasta, 300 grams vegetables, and 100 grams steak.
10.30 Pm, 30 gram protein shake with 300Ml no fat milk.

During the day I drink lots of water, coffee (without sugar, but with some low fat creamer), and 1 liter no fat milk.

I'm type of guy who can gain weight just by breathing.

I've tried Xenadrine in the past, it seams to do the job making me lose fat, but I get really nervous from it. It also gives me insomnia. I also tried clen but even at very low doses it makes my heart beat like crazy. Clen didn't make my lose any weight.
 
I agree totally with zerxes. You put alot of info in your post but the most important thing is what you eat and your daily maintence calories. Its always best to establish this number and add too it slowly espically if your one bulking but dont want to pick up to much bodyfat. Your problem sounds like your not charting your calorie intake and your body fluctuations are all over the place. You sound like a classic endomorph, so having a food log is critical to not over eat, espically when bulking. Personally I would go 5-6 meals a day at 500 calories over maintence and be particular if your actually dropping bodyfat within a week, to have a rough idea where your maintence calories are in a anabolic state. You will here alot of different thoughts of this on here, and many different arguments. I tend to put fat and muscle on easily so I understand your delima. Personally what works for me is to go low carbs mostly protein through the day with moderate amounts of fat. I eat mostly meat, cheese,salad,eggs, flax oil, and whey. At nite last meal of the day I go to a high glycemic almost pure carb meal for a insulin spike. This has a couple benefits. The first would be without eating carbs all day, insulin sensitvity should be alot higher, and excess carbs are not turned into fat. The lack of insulin will also keep appetite in check. If you think about it sugar fasting through the day is kinda like taking a insulin shot, the benefits will be higher including a IGF-1 spike, but without the negative aspects of negative insulin recptor affinity, and the spill over of excess carbs. During the day and after your blood glucose levels drop during the night, you will experience your peak levels of natural GH, since there each others yin and yang. If i were guessing I would try maybe like 3000 calories divided up in 5-6 meals a day. Also moniter muscle gains and slowly add 1400-3000 calories a week to compensate for a greater energy expenditure.
 
rottweiler75, your right. I am a typical endomorph. I have the problem during bulking, how to stop eating.

At this moment my calorie intake is already below 3000 a day, but still gaining weight rapidly.

During daytime I do not burn a lot of calories. I'm in the IT business so 80% of the time I am sitting on my ass. That's why I thought to compensate I should do some cardio, but how much is enough to burn the calories, but NOT to lose muscle tissue.

I have been thinking to add an additional day to my training schedule, only doing cardio. Saturday and Sunday I normally do not workout, so could Sunday be a good option, or am I asking too much of my body.

I will start lowering the carbs during daytime, and add some proteins (eggs), and replace some slices of bread for a salad.

If you or anybody else can give me a sample of a good diet, I would appreciate it a lot.

3-4 hundred mgs of ala 15 minutes before meals will lean you out. hows the sex life? i ask because i dropped 1 inch on my waist fucking every morning for 1.5 hours at a clip and all i was on was ALA and i was really cut too. my girl thought i was on juice. she always told me how i was loosing inches but looking musclar day by day
 
georgie24, Should I use ala with every meal? At this moment I take 3 x 300MG ED.

Regarding my sex life: After 10 years with the same girl (I even married her this year) sex life is still good. You might ask 'How can you stay with the same girl for 10 years without cheating on her'. I am the lucky guy who found a tight ass gorgeous girl at the gym. She works out 4 times a week (already for more than 12 years), so she doesn't complain to me about the time I spend in the gym. She's even cool about me juicing.

Unfortunately we both have busy jobs, so every morning fucking for 1.5 hours, we don't have the time for it. Still I can't complain, she gives me more than enough.
