Just wondering what was the most bodyfat (%) you have ever lost on a cycle? You don't have to tell me that diet + cardio is far more important than gear, but I just wanna have a good idea at what is reasonable (I'm 17% shootin for 10%)
Please give a brief explanation of the cycle/diet/cardio.
