7mg = 21 IU. The amount of HGH is a constant 21 IU.
You can mix 2.1 ml to make it .1 ml = 1 IU. Or 1.05 ml to make it .05 ml = 1 IU. Or .7 ml to make it .1 ml = 3 IU.
Personally, I mix 1.4 ml to make it .2 ml = 3 IU. I use 3 IU/day.
You can choose whatever ratio you want; just make sure that you remember.
Make sure to mix carefully; the HGH is very fragile. Add the bact water slowly and gently swirl the solution.
