how much arimidex to use

hi i am wondering how much arimidex do i use if i go on tes ene or cyp?When i hit 1 shot of test ene i usally have a slight soreness in the nipples so i don't want to wait till i get swelling ,i know that is the real gyno so i want to avoid it early.Also i am afraid to hit more than one test of any kind in a week because i fear i will have swelling so how can i hit more than 1 test a week with out swelling ?

1/2 pill eod will do just fine. You can do up to 3cc of test a week and not hold any water and dont have to worry about gyno. Arimidex is awesome.
