I have been using the product made by Dymatize called Xpand, and I use it pre-workout and post workout, have been using over a month and like it so far, what does everyone else think of it ?
So these are my supplements I take, please give opinions on any changes needed >?
Pre = 1 scoop Xpand
Post = 1 spoonful ONs Glutamine powder
1 scoop Xpand
3 scoops ONs Whey Protein = approx 75 grams
