how many series per body part do you do?

how many series per body part when on AS

ok sorry perhaps it wasn't clear...

any number of reps make 1 series.

any nb of series for a given exercise make 1 set.
 
chest,back,shoulders=12 sets each
biceps,tripeps,=10 sets each
forearms=8 sets
legs=14 sets
abs=4 sets eod

You guys are hardcore, I do 4 sets of bench press to failure and 4 sets of flyes to failure and I'm toasted, you cant be training intensely enough.

bbigman, the length of the workout depends often on your resistance to pain, fast twitch/slow twitch ratio in your muscles, motivation, type of exercises you do...

Guards: holy cow dude!! if you do 12 sets - how many series in your sets and how many reps in those series???
you must be a monster!!! or are the 'sets' actually 'series'?
 
today i have back. i plan on doing 50 sets total, then i'm going to the all you can eat sushi place. and yeah, it's possible to do that much without overtraining, so spare the lectures
 
you keep refering to series, and it's confusing me here.
When I say I'm doing 12 sets, for example on a chest day, it means that I'm doing 4 different excersises with 3 sets apiece. Not including warm-up set and stretching.:)
 
All my excersises are to failure.......meaning that I can't get another rep if my LIFE depended on it. Usually end up at 8-10 reps per set.
