you must be a monster!!! or are the 'sets' actually 'series'?
today i have back. i plan on doing 50 sets total, then i'm going to the all you can eat sushi place. and yeah, it's possible to do that much without overtraining, so spare the lectures
you keep refering to series, and it's confusing me here.
When I say I'm doing 12 sets, for example on a chest day, it means that I'm doing 4 different excersises with 3 sets apiece. Not including warm-up set and stretching.
