how many pounds of fat can u lose a week on cycle?

You loose fat from dieting and cardio ;)

The cycle you threw out at us I believe is for hardening and strengthening your muscles. True, the more muscle, the more calories burnt throughout the day yet that gear will not let you shed the fat...it's the dieting, high intensity workouts, and cardio that shed the fat.

Quick edit - how much fat can you lose a week? With or without gear, you should be looking to lose 2-3 pounds a week...which is considered healthy. ;)
 
Gear is not a fat loss tool. Gear is for muscle and strength gain. If you are so concerned with fat loss you may want to try a cycle of:

Cardio 45 minutes ed stacked with
eating at your BMR +-5%

No offence but your question is like asking how much weight loss can be expected by taking creatine.

i'll say that with a strict diet and a proper workout routine you can lost 2 pounds of fat AT MOST!!

more like 1-1.5 sounds right.
 
It also depends how lean u r already. If your a fat ass u can lose a lot more than if your already lean. It all depends. Like everyone else said diet + cardio = fat loss.
 
From my experience. Cardio is key. I do about 20 mins ed, circuit, 5 mins warmup up to your 60% jog, at 5 mins you sprint at 100% for 30 secs followed by a 2 min at 60%. Repeat this 30 sec, 2min, start off with 5 sets and work up. I found that I trimmed BF quickest this way.

SonnySiri, when on the day do you do this. I was thinking of doing something like that but in the evening just after my meal 7 of 8, then home and eat sallad + protein and go to bed. The purpose I have with this would be to bump my metabolism while sleeping and thereby burn more fat.

I agree with all the responses. Also:

1- A cycle in itself, holding everything else constant, does result in my decreasing bodyfat. With tren or winny, it is significant. With test and others it is very real but not like those.

2- I've always found I can lose around 2-3lbs a week and maintain LBM. Any more than that and I'm burnin' muscle.

I do this circuit, in the evening, around 8ish. Go home, have a light snack with shake. When I first started, I couldn't get to sleep b/c of the circuit and I think the protein. I bumped it up earlier, then pushed it later once my body was used to the workout. Try it out. Let me know how it goes. Best way to trim the BF.
