how many mgs per week?

is 500 mgs of sus a week a good dosage? i've heard to take it three times a week, but doesn't sus have a long half-life. three times a week seems like alot!

I would frontload to make the most out of the prop and phenylprop esters, but 500mg is fine for a newbie. Either every 4-5 days or twice a week, mon/thurs.

The amount you take all depends on your body weight. I am 250 lbs and I would not take test under 750mgs a week.

It doesn't matter how much you weigh. 500mgs is a perfest dose for a newbie like some of the guys above said. Evey 4 days or mon and thurs. BamBam
