50mg but that still a lot, 50mg for a period of 4 hours, now up to a 100 mg a day meaning use every 4 hours of space between doses and is not good to use for more then 12 weeks.

i used to load on ephedra, and i bought some of that mini ephedra from a truck stop when i was in texas.....im a fairly big boy, 5'11, 215 lbs, pretty lean, and 25mcg does a number on me....i dont know if it is bc my body isnt used to it, but im very active, and it was near too much

20-25mg of ephedrine alkaloids was in most OTC fat burners if i remember correctly
