How many Injections??????

If I'm going to be running test 400 at 400mg a week, would it be better to shoot it twice a week at 200mg or just once at 400mg?? The only reason I ask is because I remember a thread by someone I don't remember talking about sust/omna. It said that only injecting once a week was pretty much a waste because of the longer acting esters or something. Is it the same thing for test 400??

It would be better if you shot twice a week but you don't absolutely have to.

does t-400 have prop in it?...if so more frequent injections than 1 per week are needed to get the benefits

there is prop in it but i wouldnt inject it more than 2 times per wk, i would do 1/2 cc on monday and another 1/2 cc on thursday, i did that with sust 1cc on monday and 1cc on thursday and i noticed way better pumps compared to 500mgs once a wk
