I used 250mcg daily for 30 days. The cost is far too high and the results were definitely sub-par. Minimal to no fat loss and no real noticeable gain in mass. My opinion is it's crap

Ditto. And i tried both the 177 and 178 (or whatever those variants are). It seemed like quite the fad about a year ago. Lots of hype by the chem research shops and then it died out in a few months. Probably because nobody got the results that where hyped.
Its great in theory and i read the original studies that showed all the promise. Its only supposed to be the "fat loss" component of HGH so no gains or other benefits should be expected.
However, if i got some unexpectedly i would still run it.
