Please Scroll Down to See Forums Below I'm just curious to see how many cycles have you guys done in your lifetime. So If you can tell me how many years you have been juicing and how many times you have. I've done 4 cycles(in the seventh week of my fourth) and 3 of those four have came this past year. I just want to make sure I'm not over doing it and causing severe damage to my insides. I've taken most if not all the precautions when on and coming off. So for me I've done 4 cycles in 3 years. how about everyone else??

done 3 in the last year and couple of months,,, had not done any in over 6 years since I was in college when I had no clue what the fuck I was doing. I messed around with some drol and had no clue what I was doing back then. So I guess 2 cycles then and 5 total. I would not worry about messing your insides up. Pros stay on year round and most of them are kicking. Look at arnold and those boys they were eating DBOLs like candy.
Just get your bloodwork done a couple of times a year to be safe is my suggestion

im on my 5th cycle. 2 bigger cycles, and 3 milder ones. i did my first cycle when i was 17-18, then another when i was 19, then a couple more when i was 21, took a year and a half off the juice, and now im back on a nice mild cycle again.
