Was wondering as tren is an extremely strong compound to use with numerous sides, how many cycles did you guys have under your belt before you used tren e or a?

there's really no set number bro... i would say two at least but its really up to you... its not a good first cycle option obviously but if you have all the proper ancillaries and supports then i would say your third would be fine... it just depends on your goals... i would do tren ace first just in case you have a bad reaction to it then if you have to stop it will be out of your system quickly...

4 and that still didnt make it ok. To strong of mental sides for me. I just cant run it.

I like simple cycles.
Have done test dbol. Test var .only test.test deca. Next is test winny.
Don't want to make it too complicated. Just getting to understand how I respond to each compound.
Tren a sounds like the way to go as I can stop if sides don't agree with me and out of my system asap.
Although it will be 1st time pinning eod.ouch.

until you learn the ABC's of cycling and have successfully run cycles with good recovery results with bloods to confirm it.

for some guys thats 2 or 3 cycles.. for others its 15 or 20. there are some guys on other sites you read who still have no idea what prolactin is and they've been juicing for 40 years. some guys just don't have an eye for fitness and learning the ABC's, others remain clueless due to lack of research and stubborniss.

if you are a person who has read my numerous posts on the correct way to cycle tren and follow my tips and strategies and 'get it' then you will be pleased I promise you that. had a guy just yesterday who is new on here who read my advice on tren and followed it to a tee, PM'd me to thank me for a very successful cycle and fast recovery.. he used to be on another site and those guys have no idea what caber even is. he learned more on here in 2 days then he learned there in 2 years.

For some people Tren is never a good option, no matter how many cycles they have ran. Tren is about as harsh as it gets, and definitely something to out on the back burner until you've tried several other compounds first and know a little better on how and what sides do to you on cycle, as well as how to treat them. Proving that you can recover successfully and retaining gains after PCT us equally as important ;)

if there is anyone i would ever recommend to go to for tren (or who I would go to myself with questions) it would be steve... listen to him on this...

I don't plan on ever running it my self. I'll never compete, so its not worth it for recreational use, imo. I've done three cycles with almost zero sides and perfect recovery. So why Fuck with it?

Test E, loved it!
Test P and winny, loved it!
Sustanon and dbol, loved it!

8 cycles before I ran tren. I love it but the sides will fuck w/ you. The physical sides arent a big deal, though the first time i had tren cough i thought i was going to die. Luckily bc of this site, I knew what it was and actually started laughing bc it was after being on for like 6 wks before it finally hit. Insomnia sucked, it sucked hard. That being said, those sides were easy. The only tricky one were the mental sides. I'm usually pretty solid on cycle. Easy going and even keel. Off cycle i'm more sensitive and will actually watch the lifetime network. On tren, it was a weird mix of the two. I'd get these crazy anger flashes and wonder why someone thought it was ok to look at me. Then I'd turn around and wonder why there was so much suffering in the world and want to join the peace corp.

And I still love tren. I just don't do it very often....

Ran it for my third cycle was lower dose with long ester though. Didn't have any bad side affects other than horrible back pumps

As stated above, it all depends on an individual. I ran tren on my fourth cycle. Tren A, tesp P, and anavar. I started at 35mg eod for first couple of weeks and had no sides, then I bumped to 75mg eod. Mild insomnia was the only side I got. Some of my friends ran exactly the same cycle and had worse sides then me. So I would say start low and adjust from there. BTW, it was one of my favorite cycles I ever ran.
