How Many Carbs?

I just started a low carb diet about 2 weeks ago. What is the max # of carbs that I can intake every day? Also how much protein do I need a day to not lose muscle? Thanks
 
depends on your weight, but most men need 300or more grams protein a day to build muscle and as for carbs, if you do a keto diet, go under 20 a day-if you do metabolic diet, do 30g a day mon thru fri and carb up sat/sun. If you gave more info, I could give more help
