Well when i am cutting i prefer to have my carbs right around my training. So i would get 30gr carbs before workout. And 70 after with your post workout drink. But that does leave you with the rest of the day 0 carbs
When cut you shouldn't take more then 72 carbs daily.In that case you have to up your fat intake.Difference in energy is great.Try for yourself and you will thank me forever ....
hey im so confused becuase im in cutting phase right now and i was wondering if cool whip or skim milk carbs after a workout wwill store as fat ?? will it or is it bad...about 30 grams of carbs only after a workout=my total for the day..
