depends on your stats. i will eat oat's in the morning when i am bulking or of season, give it about an hour and then go train. if this is preworkout, imo, you dont need the ala night now, but one r-ala would be fine.
i usually eat around 35-50 carbs, so my guess is your on track. the most important thing you do is consume carbs POST workout. take 50-60 grams of dextrose or malo with 2 r ala this will help get your glycogen back up there
