How many cals for cutting?

Was up bros-
I'm on week 2 of my 1st cutting cycle. I've got my carb/fat/protein percentages down, but I'm just wondering if I'm consuming too few calories. Currently eating 2000 a day, and 45 mins cardio (bike) 4-5 x per week.
I'm on the following: 500 mgs test e, 100 mgs tren ace e.d.,2 week on/off clen
I'll be running this until about July, but will drop tren 4 wks before. I can see a big difference already, but obviously I don't want to lose any muscle. Should I up my cals to 2500, or should I stay where I'm at?
I'm 26, 5'10", 200 lbs, around 14-15% b.f.

Also, I have no license and end up walking about 3-4 miles a day on top of all the lifting/cardio (SUCKS)

I wouldnt up it at all. Based on your stats, you have a BMR of about 2024. I would just be conscious of not having my body go into starvation mode if I were you, so every 3rd day or so, up the cals to about 3250-3500 to keep your body from shuttin down and burning muscle.

I havent cut down much at all... I have an insanely high metabolism, so I dont have too much of a problem shedding fat whenever I want to, I just have a good idea on dieting in general. So maybe some more experienced vets in the cutting dept. can chime in and give you some better advice. :coffee:
 
I have you clocked at 2606 for maintence...at 2085 for fat loss...so your good at where your at....BUT you are running gear...remember when you start any steriod protocol your metabolism increases as well....how are you feeling on 2000cals?

Actually this depends alot on the body type/genetics...personally im 220LBS and if i cutted on 3500-4000 cals w/or without gear would gain and not loose...but thats just me...

Me too, I'm 224lbs and tried between 2400 and 3200 cals for cutting. At 2400 I would drop weight fast. I had to assume some muscle, at 3200 I would put on weight. I like 2600 to 2700 for my self.
 
you andonly you will know how many cals you need i prfer to have a daily set up forget macros i know what stuff ic an eat and then i get amount right or your forever doing maths.
e.g. i can have 2 oat cakes at lunch with a small chicken breast i know this euates to 40grams of protein and 10grams of carbs and 3grams of fat. so if i lower that i would just take out one oat cake and forget the macros. keep a record of what you are eatin with body measurement ie. weist inches etc and alter the portion size accordin to the gains it is much simpler tbh.

also make sure that you have a day evry 3-7days (depeding on you where you increase the clas a lot and carbs just to restart your bodu it is important.
 
Personally, I'd get off, get rid of the test enanthate and use test prop. All I ever saw enanthate do is make my buddies hold water, smooth over all their cuts and give them acne. Thats just my opinion.
