im 6'0 230 at 12%....i started taking in 6900 about a 4 months ago and went from 200 to 230....ive only put on 2% body fat.......extremely clean food though
 
my diet

ok.....this is going to take a while

Meal 1: 6am Monster protein drink
12 raw egg whites
1 lean body Packet
3 pouches Micorwaveable oatmeal
16 oz pure premium OJ
1 animal pak vitamins

Meal 2: 8am
1/2 box Rice-roni Mix
8oz red meat
1 Zero Carb Isopure
16oz crystal light

Meal 3: 10am
16oz non-fat tuna salad
3 pouchs Microwaveable oatmeal
16 oz Crystal light

Meal 4: 12
16oz round steak
1/2 box rice-roni
16oz crystal light

Meal 5: 2 (pre workout)
1-Carboforce

Meal 6: 5 (post workout)
1 Carboforce
1 protein drink:
lean body packet
zero carb isopure 2 scoops

Meal 7: 7
3 pouches microwaveable oatmeal
2 6.5 oz cans tuna
16oz crystal light
Meal 8: 9
same as 7

Meal 9: (before bed)
same as post workout without carboforce

Totals: 709 carbs 688 protein 138 fat 6970 calories


i have followed this diet religiously for the past 4 months and have put on 30 pounds naturally while gaining only 2% body fat......high intensity training has alot to do with it.....but this diet has done wonders for me......i will be going on cycle in about a month or so...cant wait to see what it does then......some people say its too much.....but hey....you can't argue with results

Cutting :) WO are limited due to recent surgery - about 3-4 per week, I do HIT training low-volume heavy weight.

5'8" around 172lbs (fluctuating day to day) rather lean (5-8%bf).
It's not the stats that determine energy requirements, it's the level of activity - energy expenditure. Quite a simple concept, eh? energy exertion=energy intake (kinda like supply and demand) :o
 
Im 6'4 265 14% bf and have been on this diet for a while is been good:

THE DIET
MEAL 1 8:00 A.M.
2 pkg oatmeal, 4 eggs wheat toast, milk 8oz= 870 cal. 101 carbs. 22 fat 44 pro.

MEAL 2 10:00 A.M.
Protein powder, 8 0z milk=480, 11 carbs, 5 fat, 90 pro

MEAL 3 12:00 P.M.
2 chicken breasts, 1 tuna sandwich, 1 pj=799 cal., 60 carbs., 22 fat, 112 pro.

MEAL 4 2:00 P.M.
Protein powder, 8 0z milk=480, 11 carbs, 5 fat, 90 pro

MEAL 5 4:00 P.M.
2 chicken breasts, 1 tuna sandwich=750 cal., 30 carbs., 6 fat, 100 pro.

MEAL 6 6:00 P.M.
10 oz lean red meat, 10 oz potatoes, 6 oz veggie, 8 oz milk= 1060 cal., 118 carbs., 27 fat, 90 pro.

MEAL 7 8:00 P.M.
Protein powder, 8 0z milk=480, 11 carbs, 5 fat, 90 pro

MEAL 8 10:00P.M.
2 chicken breasts, 4 cubes cheese, 1 serving mixed nuts= 831 cal., 25 carbs,. 52 fat, 98 pro


TOTALS:
5790 CALORIES
335 CARBS
144 FATS
704 PROTEINS

I have modified it a little since but thats pretty much it.
 
Juve, I get the concept. Stats matter somewhat, considering you can use your bodyweight multiplied by 12 (number varies) to determine your BMR, then from there determine the other factors.

I know it looks like alot but it lakes alot to maintain my weight and activity level. I have progressively uped everything till I started gainning weight then I level off till I stop gainning then I will up it agian. I will either grow or blow up. My goal is to get my lean weight to 260 so I have another 34 lbs of mass to go.

i put on close to 30 lbs in half that amount of time when i did my first cycle, and i was only eating 6-7 times daily, and definately not that many calories. I had 300 grams of protein daily at least. I'm 6'3".
 
Usually mine are between 2000-3000. I got over 3000 for the first time yesterday. I usually don't enough carbs in. My protein is usually high and fat just right. I'm bulking.
 
I'm hitting 3650 a day now, or more. The only problem is when I sleep late (until 11:00 AM) and end up having to cram in 4 big meals by 3:00 PM (work at 4:00). Uch!
 
shoulda made a category for under 2000 because many people are under that.....


personally I voted 3000 and over but i'm cutting now and I average about 2800 cals a day
