I'm just wondering... Should there be a limit for bulking? I see pros get really fat over the course of some time...
I know a buddy of mine is taking a year off and bulking that entire time before his next competition before he turns pro.. Is this a wise thing to do? I would like to compete in 1-2 years. I have it all planned out, and if it means that I need to become big and bulky, then shred all that bf I will.
How many constant bulking cycles are needed to gain enough mass? Would it be wise to throw in a cutting cycle in between, so you're your not overweight, and keep a moderate bf?
I know it's an odd/stupid question.. and I'm sorry for asking it. I just want to get the best possible gains before competing. Even if it means going from 15%bf to 7%.. i'll do it.
