How many are sore on a reg. basis?

i've yet to be on. but i get sore in a regular basis. usually, my chest and front delts when doing various benching will get the sorest. my quads can get fairly sore too, with tris and hams and lower back coming in next. my delts and bis don't get sore too often and my back rarely gets sore, even if i blast my back and bis. i would say my back is my best part too. i don't get why i don't get sore for certain lifts.
 
Everything but back and shoulders on a regular basis....
 
I use soreness as a gauge for how my workouts are going. If I am not sore I will turn it up a notch. If I am paralyzed in pain the next day I back off a bit.
 
I very rarely get sore

And I change my workouts so i am shocking the muscles. I did get sore this week for the first time in quite a while. I am growing so I know I am doing sufficient work. I actually love that feeling. I feel like I got a much better workout.
 
Say I wark chest on Mon., I can't work it till the following Mon.! I stay sore as a bitch all week long no matter what i do----well, actually if I do some real light weights w/high reps a few days after I train that body part then it'll get better about a day sooner.
 
I cannot run for almost a week after a good leg workout.
Right now I only do legs every other week so that I can keep running and lose some fat before my cycle starts.
 
Personally, if I stay sore all the time I feel like I am over training. Sometimes a couple of days after chest, I might feel tight - Not sore and it is nothing that stretching will not helpl

It depends on bodypart. When I do legs, they hurt so bad I have to go up the stairs sideways and I walk like I shitted myself. On the other hand, I can never get my shoulders to be sore no matter how intense.

can't say it any better if i am not sore i am not happy workout like a beast:vanp:

i'm never ready to lift any body again until 7 days later. usually sore 2-4 days after each body part.
