How manny of you are sick of people taulking about your diet?

I work in a office now its a temp job and people eat pizza ,candy,chips and pop every day .While im eating chickan and peas every day and water ..I always got to hear some fat person taulk about "how can you eat that crap every day" ..... ok had to vent feel better :)
 
ask them how it feels to know that with each bite of the shit they eat they are one step closer to killing themselves in clogging their arteries and raising their cholesterol. though if i was them i'd probably want to end my sad existence as soon as possible anyways. people like that just waste our oxygen.

Im nice to every one at work and I dont try to act like Im better then them and I dont tell people what they should eat after they ask me every day how can they lose weight (as they shovel pizza in there mouth ).I just get sick of people saying ewwww how can you eat that every day you like that stuff .
 
Personally, depending on the environment I get a little bit nervous someone is going to think I'm weird or some shit for what I eat. I only really feel comfortable once I've explained myself and my eating habits. It's a problem so shut up. Anyway, it does bother me in that way but when people then ask me how can they lose weight, I have no trouble telling them how, it's that they never do it. They make me go into great detail and outline a good diet, then don't fucking do it because it isn't fun and easy but never think for a second that maybe they shouldn't be wasting my time if they're too mother fucking lazy to do something about their fat bodies. Phew.

same here...

working this summer at a chip factory, and all these fat fuckers in there, mostly the women, ecspecially the ones who stand at a line and pick out bad chips all day, and eat the other half of them, sit there during breaks and give me these looks. They're always talking about this new diet they're on, and how they're watching what they're eating, and only eat fruit or a small sandwich and a salad all day. But as i go back through the building I see them standing there eating those chips. And then a week later they're bitching how they're not losing weight. These women are fucking huge. But mostly the guys ask me why i eat the shit that i do. Oh and i can't wait to start my CKD diet Mon, and to see the looks on their faces while i'm chowing down on endless amts of fat, all while losing fat, and looking 10xs better than them.
 
At work I do pushups throughout the day. Let some people see you do that then they will ask "wow how can you do that all day" Replie "Cause I eat healthy food not fatty food"
 
Usually the amount of food I take in a one sitting is so small, I can finish it within 2-4 min------at each meal throughout the day......I really don't give anyone time to really see what I eat....and I don't talk about it....

3-4 months out of the year, my meals are all plain and basically the same------I'll get the same questions, how can you eat the same food all day(my answer are you kidding-I had a large pizza and 12 beers last night) then laugh and leave it at that---

I try not to waste any energy towards people who not only have no clue on the subject but it wouldn't matter what you told them because they will come back with"something they read"etc--blah, blah, blah....I actually tell some people that I don't lift wieghts--I just do sit ups(which is pretty funny--considering I was just 278 about 6 weeks ago--now down to 254 at 6'2 and 10% as of last week)--I also use the "I swim a lot" to women sometimes...that one is pretty funny.....

Hell more then 3/4 of the guys at the gym have no fucking clue what their doing (training-lifting-dieting etc) I treat these guys the same way with the fat fuck at work(just a waste of energy trying to explain what I do----SO I DON'T)

Their is the exception when someone comes up to you and really is interested in what you have to say-----and not on what they are doing but just looking for some advice....

I had a guy come up to me in the gym last week---I've never talked to him in my life, have seen him in the gym maybe 6 times---don't know his name, he didn't introduce himself or anything....
His first words out of his mouth were " I just got some pakistan test by mail order---i was thinking of doing one amp a week---how do you think that will work for me"
I paused for about 10 seconds just because couldn't believe what was coming out of this meatballs mouth and then replied" it should bring your sex drive up quiet abit-good luck with that--and walked away"

If hitting the weights and dieting off and on is your lifestyle---the way I approach it with people is to make it a non-issue...I rarly talk about what i'm doing to the non-fitness type and when they come at me with something I just down play it and it will go away------peace
