How low can you go?

When you are on a cutting cycle, how many pounds of fat can you lose a week without sacrificing muscle? I know that natty, you can't expect to lose more than 1-2;bs/week, but since AAS are muscle sparing, I thought it might be more on cycle -- maybe 3-4 lbs/wk. Does that sound right?

Your gonna have to experiment a little on your own. Nobody can surely

answer that, but your on the right track with knowing that you can keep more

muscle while on an anabolic androgenic steroids cycle. Good luck.

Keep protein consumption high.
 
3-4 lbs a week sounds like a lot, usually lose muscle and fat,

A few million variables affect this also, age, condition, diet, etc.

I always lose muscle and fat

I agree, even on gear you will still probably lose a good deal of muscle.

I personally wouldn't do more than 2lbs/wk.

Thanks guys -- but if that is true, what's the point of doing a cutting cycle at all?

The goal is to minimize the muscle/fat loss ratio.
Usually some muscle loss is inevidable.

some people would rather have that shredded look. me personally, id rather be strong, cut and a little skinny then huge and muscular. its also fun to cut and take aas such as var or winny and see your strength gains go through the roof.
