how low bf%?

Dropping to low bf for long periods of time can be very dangerous. Dropping below 3% for any extended periods of time can cause serios issues with motor function as well as brain function. Without getting too serious and doing research I would say that to walk around at between 4-6% if you can do it would be fairly safe for an extended period of time.

Then again I'm a guy who struggles to stay between 8-10%. If I ever see 4 I think it will happen when my corpse is decomposing and I am dead.

Yep that is right , anything below 3 % is dangerous for extended periods of time . 5- 6 % is fine for extended periods of time . That is true . I know some people that stay year round on 6 % and are perfectly fine .

Unhealthy but not hard...I'm 32 now and when I was 22, I was measured at 2.5% bodyfat at 5'9 145lbs and was very muscular....The trainer who measured me wanted to charge me on how to increase my bf%...I looked at him like he was a damn fool....I was perfectly healthy though had to eat all the time or else I would feel fatigue really quickly. Didn't try to get that way on purpose but was given that genetically. I faught hard to gain bf (taco bell and BK) and now measure at 8% and will probably drop to about 6% after my AAS cycle....I think no one should ever drop below 5% to be honest...Well at least not grown men anyway unless you are competing!!! Kids are a different story....For my son at 7 years of age is about 5% bf, but hey he has my genetics...

No I don't for I never thought it was unnatural because I was like that for my entire teenage years...I mean I have basic pics but nothing showing my body in like posing....I mean I ate all the time, like steaks, chicken, pork, milk, eggs, weight gainer shakes, but my system would just chew away at the food and hold nothing. Because it was natural, I was in perfect health with lots of energy and all that comes along with it...Let's just say that I didn't have a six pack, but like an 8 pack and was hard as a rock....I didn't start weight training until the age of 20 so that's when the muscle definition stood out more but my bf always stayed the same....I must admit though, I do like the way I feel with more bf better because I don't get light headed when I get a little hungry like I did then...I think it affects people more who drop that low in bf when it's unnatural to their bodies, but because my body was use to the low bf for many years, it didn't really affect me! Right now I weigh in at 177lbs at 5'9 very vascular and defined and had to fight damn hard for this weight, but I'm also holding some water which I don't mine because I know my body will just shed it right off as soon as my cycle ends and like I said, I will probably more than likely drop to about 6-7% naturally after the cycle for my body don't hold bf very well unless I eat a high sodium diet from the fast foods which I'm not going to any more.
