Right now i would estimate myself to be about 12-14% bf (I can see my abs when i press down on my stomach, lol). I was wondering how long it would take to get down to about 8% bf. I will be doing morning cardio either 3 or 5 days a week (which?). I am going to be running a mile or a little under. I will be keeping my carbs around 40 g and getting atleast 1g of protein per bodyweight. How long would it take to get to 8%? Thanks!
