How long will I be suppressed for?

Used Synthroid and Cytomel for 8 weeks. Was told I was going to be sleepy as hell after I come off the drugs. Been 2 weeks off the 2 drugs. I'm NOT sleep or weak. Feel fine. Am i suppressed? And if so...for how long before everything is back to normal?

And what can I do to make my thyroid get back to normal ASAP?

AND....

What should I do? And NOT do "while" waiting for my thyroid to get back to normal?

BTW..I think I am a bit suppressed. Either that or I'm just back to my normal self and realizing that my normal self isn't as great as having an INCREASED Thyroid.

What I noticed so far is soreness. I did legs on Tuesday and feel sore even though I went light, then again...I haven't done legs in many months due to an injury. I started hitting the gym again as of last month. Been out of the gym for about 5 months due to an injury. But I was on Synthroid and Cytomel the whole time. And the whole time I never got sore! I didn't even go light on my first week. I went hard on everything. NOT maximum hard! When I do go full out, I like to put on my headsets, wear a belt and put on gloves. And I breathe more heavily and grunt a bit. I'm not up to this point yet.

And the past few days I noticed my muscles not looking so hard and defined as before.

And my face looks a little bit more filled in.

But caffeine and ephedrine is speed. They will only cause my thyroid to slow down within time. Can't do that.
