How long to run test prop and anavar cycle???

Hey,

New to the forum, instead of some lame intro I'd like to just get to some questions about a cycle I am thinking of.

Stats, right now about 93 kg, 12% BF. Been training mostly MMA, not much weights, mostly conditioning and MMA specific training. When doing more weights, usually about 98-100 kg, 15 % BF. Never cycles before, just have done some research.

Goals for the cycle would be mostly strength, better recovery from training. Mass gains are not a goal but any muscle mass gains would be a plus.

Thinking of running a test prop and anavar cycle. test prop 150 mg EOD and 40 mg anavar ED.

EDIT, would like to run femara throughout cycle and PCT but unsure of best dosages. Also Clomid PCT 50 mg ED week 1, 100 mg ED week 2, 50 mg ED week 3. Not sure when is best to start pct after this cycle though.

I would like some opinions and suggestions about this cycle, dosages, and mainly how many weeks I should run this cycle. I am thinking 4 but would longer or shorter be better?

Thanks.

1-10 test prop 100mg ed
4-10 60mg var ed

femera might be too much for this cycle, what really determines what you use is your own body..

your diet an workout plan are probably more important

40/30/30 diet plan

and

high rep low weight training plan

hope that helps

for a 10 week cycle would test enenthate make more sense for less frequent injections? ED injections for 10 weeks sounds a bit brutal to me...

What are the downsides of keeping it to 4-6 weeks? Just not as good results?

If you're doing MMA training, you should go with Deca/EQ/Test enanthate , not prop...

Why not prop? I hear you on the test enth and equipose cycle, that is a great idea. I think for an 8 weeker. But I wouldn't do deca, too much water retention.
