how long should i wait until i start clomid?

my cycle was eth/eq/deca

know the deca i stopped 2 weeks ago, i know i need to wait 10 days after my eth shot. what i am unsure about is the eq.

start 3 weeks after the deca...just to be safe..and run it longer...deca shuts you down bad....
