How long should I take proviron for?

I have just stopped a cycle because of gyno. I was not taking any form of anti estrogen in this cycle.

I started taking nolvadex at 10mg per day after my last jab and it has now been 2 weeks 3 days. Im going to start clomid thereapy at the start of week 3 because I know that sust (which I was taking) only stays in the system for 3 weeks. Im going to take the nolvadex until I have none left which will only be in about 6 days time (by then I would have started the clomid).

I just recently got a batch of proviron which I have started taking now at 25mg per day and Im thinking of taking it until a week after I stop taking the nolvadex.

Would this avoid a nolvadex rebound?

Proviron is a mild androgen that inhibits the production of estrogens unlike nolvadex that just blocks the ability of the estrogens to bind to receptors. But if you just take the nolva then you still have free estrogens in your blood so when the nolva is stopped you'll crash. So I would do what jack said run it until the end of the clomid so your test levels are back up to equalize the high blood estrogen levels, maybe even a little longer.
