How long off

Alright I've researched and have heard alot about same time off as on. Problem is lack of patience. I am trying to get in another cycle with some recovery time before Rugby starts. I got your all's advice on what to run on second cycle even after studying it, so I thought I would also bounce this one your way. First was Deca only, no problems it was low dose though 200mg a week. Good gains. Now after PCT how long do I NEED to wait to run

1-4 200mg Deca, 250 Test , 20 m/ed Dbol
5-8 200 Deca, 250 Test
9 250 Test
Clom and Nolv for PCT first time and planned it for this one.

Trying to get some time after cycle for body to adjust to gains because once it starts they run us ragged.

Many people go with time on=time off.

Add more test (500mg) and do 300mg of Deca. Some HCG would be nice as well
 
For backgroun 6 foot, 195, 22, Working out since early highschool, although was avoiding gaining weight during high school for wrestling. Low bodyfat, but not serious low. want mass for Rugby, want to hit like sledge hammer.

Get some halo. Might help you during rugby games:)
 
You think I should up th mgs. I figured since gained good off just low doses of deca, if I took low dose of Deca, test and D-bol I could make really nice gains again before having to start uping the dose. So you think go ahead up dose anyway, fund also a little tight broke college kid.
 
dosages too low.

time on == time off.

If you go on too soon, you will not benefit it will actually hinder you.

Alright not to shift topics but got a question. I was told on one hand that I made good gais off low dose single drug, now try low dose multiple and that I should ride out low doses till the wheels fall off. Then when that won't work kick it up. Thewn I've also heard gotta just go higher dose. Are both good advice just different schools of advice or is one just off base.

Like said made good gains off 200 Deca only a week.

Ride it out or got to up the dose??????????????

I have been doing the time on=time off, but i believe im gonna try more advanced training techniques, and use a time on=2x off. For example, 10 weeks on, 20 weeks off, exc. I just cant see being in this for the long run spending HALF OF MY LIFE on orals, fina, exc. Tryin to look further down the road than just today. (Thanx MadCow...)
