How long is too long?

Would you use a sus shot that been sitting in syringe for a week?

That's depends on the conditions. Once it's brough out of that vacum sealed vial or amp it's no longer sterile. I would begin to question it unless stored under great care. Why not just keep it in the vial though. I only draw a few minutes before sometimes I'll set up a few days worth.

I would use it as long as the pin that was on the syringe is new...the syringe was new when it was drwn out, and the cap had been on the pin the whole time, and if it wad been stored in a cool environment.
