muscleup Been around forever Platinum Oct 15, 2001 #2 Even when you don't feel "geeked"on it, it's still working i would continue for another 2 weeks and then take one week off.

S Sweet T New member Oct 15, 2001 #3 i've had good results with ECA doing 5 days on/2 days off. then after 4 weeks take a full week off.
