How long does it take Winny to kick in?

How long will it take for winny to kick in and dry me out and harded and cut me up? I was wandering when and if I should add it to test to get dried up for a bit, or if I would be better off running it alone at the end

While using any AAS, diet is the key as far as getting harder and drier. You can use winny, but if you're eating McDonald's every day, you'll still be soft. With that said assuming a proper diet you should notice it in about a week. You need to be lean to begin with to see the effects of winny.
 
Winny kicked in for me the same day I took it..Though I was pretty lean and had a few cycles under my belt...

But yeah like the bro in the post above me said...If your eating Micky D's you aint gonna see shit...I wouldn't even take winny if I wasn't at a certain weight or BF%...It's a total waste...


If you already started the winny and you don't want to stop....Hit the cardio!!! Hard!!!
1 hour a day....
Running would be my choice since it burns the quickest calories.


Here's a little diet you can try..

Morning 7:00am

6-8 egg whites w/1 yolk (scrambled preferably)
3/4 cup of oatmeal..(not that instant shit)
1 grape fruit

11:00am
1 chx breast
3/4 cup of white or brown rice
3/4 cup of asparagus

1:00
1 chx breast
3/4 cup of white or brown rice
3/4 cup of string beans

3:00
1 chx breast
3/4 cup of white or brown rice
3/4 broccoli

6:00pm
1 chx breast w/tbl spoon of B-bq sauce
3/4 cup of white or brown rice
3/4 cup of string beans

Make sure to take your protein shakes through out the day....

This is going to be hard if you work but that's why they call this a lifestyle....

It's the way we have to live....

First thing, I wouldnt be running for an hour a day. It is true that you will burn more calories, but those cals wont be specifically from fat, you will actually burn less fat. Your diet looks good at a quick glance, but you also need to make sure you take into account your BMR and the amounts of cals this diet is providing per day. Your choices of food are good except for the white rice, it might not be that much of a difference, but I would recommend you stick with the brown rice. You could also substitute the brown with yams or sweet potatos, just an idea for you.
 
Well yea of course I am allready at low body fat, but looken a little watery. How long till d-bol bloat goes away after I stop takeing it?

Well i use to run for an hour a day...And I got great results..But know I do the bike for 30min then run at a steady pace for 30min.. I would do the brown rice more often but it's just so hard to make..Thanks for the suggestions...It does get old eating rice everyday..
 
how Long ago did you run the Dbol?? and for how long?
Are you taking the Winny pills? It took a week to a week and a half till I noticed it kick in good for me.
