First thing, I wouldnt be running for an hour a day. It is true that you will burn more calories, but those cals wont be specifically from fat, you will actually burn less fat. Your diet looks good at a quick glance, but you also need to make sure you take into account your BMR and the amounts of cals this diet is providing per day. Your choices of food are good except for the white rice, it might not be that much of a difference, but I would recommend you stick with the brown rice. You could also substitute the brown with yams or sweet potatos, just an idea for you.
