200mg is pretty low, on that dose i only sweat a bit more in the gym otherwise no noticable change. a friend of mine (female, some 110 lbs) does 200mg for weeks just to maintain her weight, you will never notice when you are around her.
on 400mg i start to feel some heat after 6 hours and on day 3 or so i will be sweaty even when just sitting in a chair. 500-600mg gets me really hot like having to shower every couple of hours, training in the gym is like working out in summer heat at 100 deg., i would never go that high, so 400mg is max. for me. most men find this dose high enough, i only have a small framed female friend, a 100lbs or so, who routinely does 600mg and gets only somewhat sweaty.
