How Long Does Everybody Work Out A Day?

45 minutes of intense training, anything more would be over doing it. 4-5 days a week. When i say intense, I mean maybe 45 secs to a minute rest between sets and that is being easy.
 
well...

i usually spend about an hr and 15 to an hr and 1/2 tops of pretty intense exercise with about a min and 1/2 between sets when bulking. If i do rip then its about 45 secs to a min rest between sets for me. I learned this through my personal training certification. ~JT~

Yes you may 1 of the few, but on average it aint a good practice. If you gonna give info. look at the whole picture. Not just yours. Happy growing bro.
 
The title of this thread is "How Long Does Everybody Work Out A Day?" I answered. I can't see how that could possibly provoke an argument. Oh well, some people just like to argue, I guess. :rolleyes:
 
I do 1 to 1.5 hours with about 2 minutes between heavy sets and about a minute on light sets.
 
looks like i overtrain....not my fault cuz i got an 1 1/2 of football workout but all we do is olympic lifts so then i gotta go to the gym and do more time on muscle groups
 
1 hour to 1.5 hours a day, 6 days a week. Seems to work best for me.

some people have arguments just to argue.
2 hours a day 3 time a week.
