How long do you stay off before going back on?

i finished my cycle about one week ago. before that cycle i just stayed off for about 6 weeks. that cycle consisted of winstrol depot only. now i dont know for how long time im staying away from roids. if you wanna know my cycles consist of light doses of low androgens like 350mg EQ or 50mg winstrol depot ED.

Last cycle ended Oct.1 PCT ended 2cnd week Nov. Will not start until Jan. 1. So I guess 8 weeks on 12 weeks off.

Next will Probably be 10 on 12 off.
