How long do you have to wait?

I have heard the standard time to wait is 7 days but if I use a .2 whatman filter can I just go ahead a day or 2 aft brewing and start to inject?

7 is prefferred, but if you filtered into asterile via with a .2 youll be fine .
ive shot it immediately after pretty much everytime
