hello all. i need to lose about 30lbs and i've given myself 10-12 months to complete this. im interested in doing a CKD but was wondering if its safe to do it this long? also i would rather do it without the transfat so i was thinking of eating chicken, tuna, eggs and tilapia for protein and vegetable oil, egg yolks and cheese for fats. i rather stay away from trans fats as much as i can so very little cheese and maybe 4 yolks a day. what do you guys think?
