how long should i wait between cycles to start my next one. im talking about how long from my last day of PCT? thanks

The basis is time on time off, but you will get different answers from different people some people never come off others just wait till the PCT is done

time on = time off + PCT (off meaning, totally off, no bridge ...nothing at all)

Basic rule is take off half the time your were on ..... like if you cycled 12 weeks you would take 6 off. I sually never take more then 4 off myself but as you have seen by my posts i run longer pct then others.

Listen to Mr.X on this one. That time off helps your body restore its normal balance. You cut it short, even because you have a great PCT, you're letting the drugs get hold of you. I know too many people who end up getting shorter and shorter rest periods because they can't handle lifting without. Just work hard and stick to a plan. It will save you in the end. Mr.X's plan is 100% good.
Listen to the pro, not me.

Best wishes,
K

That's the best advice you'll get in my opinion. It's good for your health to let all your hormone levels, cardiovascular values and liver values return to normal levels and function at normal levels for some time. Though you will need proper bloodwork done about 4 weeks after PCT to be sure you have successfully accomplished that.

I have a bit of a different answer to this one. How about waiting until your training hits a "plateau"? IMO juice should only be used when natural training is failing to produce the results you're looking for.

Train hard...when your hard work stops eliciting the gains you're accustom to, change your diet, training regimen, etc. That should get you over the hump. Then when you hit another "plateau" change it all up again. When you've done that, and STILL aren't getting the results you want...THEN hop back on the sauce. I don't think TIME should be the dependant factor, it should be based upon results of your current training.

That being said, I'm gonna add a link to an OLD post of mine that kinda details when I think you should cycle (hypertrophy phase).

BD's old thread

Hope it helps...
