How long before r-ala starts working???????

I lift at least 5 days a week and do cardio 3-4 days a week. I have been taking 200mgs before every meal for the past 2 weeks. How long before you typically see results? Please share experiences, I am curious what kind of results others are getting.

what "kind" of results are you looking for?

1. how old are you?
2. what kind of diet? carb content?
3. have you noticed effects?

the reason for the question is that you should have had noticable effects, with respect to glucose disposal, within the first week.
 
i am 28. i eat mostly protein and stay away from bad carbs. The carbs i eat usually come from whole wheats, rice, beans. when you say i should have seen noticable effects with glucose disposal, what exactly should i notice? fat loss?

if it helps, i am 5'6", 190lbs, about 13%bf.

some noticeable effects include LACK of "tiredness" after carb rich meals. fat loss, though this will depend on calorie intake as well... ie if you are overeating it wont make you thin.. though most people do notice that they can eat much more carbs (fat too) without getting fat..

actually effects are perhaps more noticeable/spectacular with a diet of high glycemic carbs (where insulin spikes are greater)..


your diet is not tremendously insulogenic so the impact may not be as great as for someone not eating as clean.... though it should be noticeable at this point..
