It all depends on your post cycle recovery, and what works best for you. But I will tell you that their are two very important key factors for post cycle recovery to make sure that you keep almost all muscle that you've earned. The first is getting your nuts back up and working again. Some use clomid, some use other stuff. But even more important is DIET post cycle. Your body has accumulated extra size, and must get used to this extra size. It takes your body time to adjust. The body's first instinct will be to drop some of that hard earned muscle while off of gear. Most of the time this can be avoided by continuing the diet that you were on while using gear, for about 6 weeks after you've stopped. Then after the 6 or so weeks, gradually taper your diet down. But the key figure in salvaging your hard earned muscle is how well your body can adjust. And without enough calories, protein, good fats and carbs it won't adjust that well. Diet is King.
