how is this for a bulking cycle

5:30 am-6:30 am due to work schd: 250mgs sus mon/thurs 200mgs eq mon/thurs 30mgs d-bol/day x 5weeks


MEAL #1Breakfast
6 boiled eggs-450 cals-30g pro-30g fat-6g carbs
2 slices toast (wheat)130 cals-6g pro-0g fat-52g carbs
nitro-tech w/ fat free chocolate milk 580 cals-56g pro-27.5g fat-38g carbs
water


MEAL #2 Snack
1 cup Fruit salad and cottage cheese 280 cals-22g pro-8g fat-30g carbs
1 serving yogurt 140 cals-8g pro-7g fat-11carbs
2 scoops cell-tech 300cals-0g fat-75g carbs-creatine 10g-ala 200mg
Bigfella’s protein bar 1470 cals-125g fat-300g carbs-146g pro
water

MEAL #3 Dinner
2- grilled chicken breast 440 cals-62g pro-18g fat-16g carbs
1-cup brown rice 230 cals-5g pro-1g fat-50g carbs

Fat: 325.5
Pro: 589
Carbs: 728
seems like the carbs are a little high. i need some input here what do ya'll think,later duckster

i dont know if you psiprinted something, but i calculated your totals carbs/pro = 4 cals per gram and fat 9 cals per gram and i came up w/ 8,200 cals???? not 6,800.

Either way, i would drop the fat intake and up the protein. I personally like a 40/40/20 split while bulking pro,carbs and fat.
