Hey guys do any of you know how i should take my 6-oxo. GOing to take it after my cycle of 1-AD and i need to know how much i should take and over what period.

3-6 caps for 4-6 weeks. I think it says it right on the bottle.

Yeah dude, it helps to read the directions on the bottle. Typically your start at about 600 mg taken with your last meal before bed. Do that for one week, then taper down to about 400 mg the next week, then 300-200 mg the next week, and so on for about 4 weeks.
