I know this is probably a dumb post but i want to get you guys and gals reply on this one. I am a paramedic student so I dont get very much sleep my sleep cycle is all screwed up when i do sleep i get any where between 8 and 12 hours but when i dont sleep im up for 12 to 24 hours straight doing clinicals, studing, working on the ambulance and trying to workout so what can i do? During the week i have the motivation to workout but on the weekends i have no motivation. What can i do to help grow since I dont sleep like I should. I cant quit my job because I enjoy what I do so very much, but the lack of sleep is the only thing I dont enjoy. Any suggestions
