I would say this is a diet issue ...gymratforlife said:I am stuck at 10% bodyfat at the moment and no matter how much I drop calories or how much cardio I do Im not droping weight, its frustrating the heck out of me.
Aries13 said:I just wanted to add that burning BF is dependent on what amount of lean body mass you are working with(more muscle=more cals burned/higher BMR). This FACT OF LIFE always makes me mad....only b/c Men drop fat so f-ing easy while Im busting my a$$ for hours/day. I wont even get into diet...only b.c my boyfriend manages to cheat all the time and still has a 6pack....its a different story for me![]()
Just like bunny said..."HOW BAD DO YOU WANT IT??"
-Good luck...lift heavy...train hard..eat clean...and before you know it...you'll be LEAN![]()

It all depends on where you're starting from and how you plan on getting to the destination, with making the proper adjustments along the way.
I had a good base, an unyielding drive and was 110% dedicated ... my results speak for themselves.
So for ME, it was not hard, and in 12.5 weeks I was able to drop 15% bf during my first cutting phase... and over the next 4 months, dropped even further ... ( OF COURSE those figures are open to scrutiny given the debatable subject regarding methods of body fat testing etc... BUT if you want #'s, there ya go)
I would like to see what you think a 'really good diet' would consist of as well.
