I posted my pics on here and got the average assesment of my bodyfat %from the EF crew at around 17-19% (also 5'10 and 183lbs). Here is a pic from today for reference (must cut and paste the link). http://img114.imageshack.us/img114/8905/july247la.jpg I would say around 20% is a fair assesment.
Obviously, I am going to be cutting to get to my goal of 9% or so. And I am doing it the right way, at least for me, which means clean. I will gear up next May IF I have reached and maintained my goals by then (I used to juice about 3 years ago, but have really let myself go for various reasons).
Anyway, by "clean" I should admit I am using VPX Redline and Yohimburn.
I am thinking of adding in Clen and was just wondering if it would be worth it for my goals?
