How fast do YOUR muscles recoup when your on cycle?

How many times a week do you usually work out each body part while on a cycle. And a cycle of what? Can being on test recoup your muscles faster so that you would be able to workout certain body parts 3 times a week? Im thinking of doing a workout I designed in which I hit the seriously lagging Chest Bi's and abs Monday Wednesday Friday., everything else would take a slower growing route by working them out only once a week Provided I got suffcient protein and caloric intake; could I be on a cycle of test and be able to not overtrain? And how much do you think would be needed dosage wise. Anyone have experience with this?

Over Training IMHO is the biggest hinderence (spelling) to gaining size...

More isn't always better.. While being "on" certainly will help speed up the repair times, provided proper calory and protien intake. That doesn't mean that training a specific muscle group three times a day will garner the results you wish.

It's all about time. Personlly, I only train each muscle groupe once a week. However, that being said, when you work your chest you're working your tri's, when you work your back you're working your bi's.

Remeber: "Rome wasn't built in a day"! Although, it did burn down in about a week! ;)

I never work the same muscle group more than 1-2 times every 7 days.
This will lead to overtraining if you do more than that for most athletes.

I train everything once a week, but hit bench/deads/squats/dips twice.

My routine is tailored for me. It works and that's all that matters!

Iv'e been doing a DC program as of late and basically hitting each muscle group every 4 day's. It's low volume routine with alot of intensity and yes when on gear and following this routing you can get two growth cycles per week. Google DC training, Dogcrapp training. You will not be able to do three in a week in my opinion not enough time for recovery. It has helped me to get over some sticking points and continue to grow.
