How effective is chrysin against estrogen? I have heard that it is actually better than nolvadex? I know that nolvadex actually hurts the effects of test, that is where I believe that chrysin is better. Can anyone help?
U are very misinformed. Chrysin is not water soluble, and cannot be absorbed by the body. Nolvadex does not limit the effects of test, it limits IGF-1 production, that is why it should only be used when needed. Whoever swears by chrysin is a complete idiot.
I have been talking with a respected Vet of another board. He was telling me of a study that showed nolvadex can actually help reduce gyno, I will try to get more info, but it can't hurt to try.
i didn't have to take it during my test cycle because there was no signs... but now there's just a little hint of it... nothing major.. no irritation or anything... i wonder if nolv and some yohimbe would do the trick? anyway, nim... thanks ... any other info would be cool.
