My Stats:
Age - 29
Height - 5'8"
Weight - 160lbs
BF - No idea...
Chest - 44
Waist - 31
Workout 4-5 days week. 1) Chest/Bi 2) Back 3) Off 4) Legs 5) Shoulder/Tri
Cardio 3-4 times per week.
This is what I am considering and wanted to know what you guys thought. As I mentioned before I have been out of the game for awhile and just lost 35 lbs over the last 6 months to get ready for this.
Sust 250 - 500mg/week (mon&thur) 1-12
Deca - 400mg/week 1-10
Winny - 50mg/day 7-12
Nolv 1-12
Clomid for PCT
What else should I take during the cycle. I take a good multi vitamin already and was wondering if I should add 200mg b-6 ed as well.
Any thoughts would be great.
