Having pancrease diease and more recent flare ups trying something new. Currently 172 down about 4 pounds trying to get to 155.

1. cardio 5 times weekly 25 minutes in am on empty stomache taking hydroxcut which has always worked well for me.
2. Abs 4 days a week after cardio
3. workout at night 4 day split higher reps more isolation
4. no meat as it gives me flare up so eating tuna, chicken, etc
5. mrp 2-3 times a day

Not a cutting diet as I am eating fruit more of a "life style change diet" to try and beat this diease. Have had no flare ups since I started 3 days ago.

Have alway bodybuilded so this is very new to me. I am even strectching trying to keep positive mind. Am still big from years of training and shows now looking to lean way downa nd try a new approach. And no steriods period.

If you dont mind me asking...What was the cause for you pancrease disease?

Could have been the roids? What is the cure for it?

My sympathy for your battle with your disease..

hoping the lifestyle changes works for you, F1, and hoping that you are around for a LONG time to tell us the results.
