How do you use aramidex?

Gonna order some arimedax for my cycle to keep bloat down. Does it tell how to take or can anyone give me the info on how to take it?

I posted how to use it on your other thread, but I will post it again. You are only taking 400mg's of T a week, you won't need very much. I would go with .5mg eod.
